WARNING!
Do not place hands in the main door pathway when closing it. When lowering the
main door, do not let go of the handle until it is completely closed. The gas springs will stop
supporting the door when it is almost closed. If you do not hold onto the door handle, the door
may slam closed.

.
The supply lines are primed to purge air bubbles. An on-screen message displays the
time remaining for the operation
. Wait for priming to complete.
16. Disconnect the tubing from the supply port by pressing the inner ring against the port
body and pulling the tubing out. It may be necessary to twist the tubing back and forth
while you pull it.
NOTE
A small amount of residual water may be in the tubing. When the tubing is pulled out of the supply
port, hold the end of the tubing up so that residual water drains out the other end back into the
supply water reservoir.
17. Perform pin priming (optional). See
for details.
Drain the waste tank
Drain the waste tank at the beginning of each day of use. An empty tank can hold the
waste water produced during dispensing to ten 384 SpectroCHIP Arrays. Drain the waste
tank after ten dispensing runs.
