Feed Tank Collar
The standard bulk feed tank is supplied with a 16'' (40.64 cm) hopper opening. If needed, 22'' (55.88 cm)
hopper openings are also available. Consult the dealer for specific ordering instructions.
Adjusting the Restrictor Tube
IMPORTANT: The restrictor may be adjusted to allow more feed flow. Do Not modify the restrictor until
the system is completely operational and the auger has been polished by running feed
through the system.
1. Remove the 1/4" x 5/8" bolt (3) and auger lock (24). After that, remove the restrictor tube (25) from
the spindle (26).
2. Measure 1" (2.5 cm) from the unloader assembly (23) wall and cut the restrictor tube (25).
3. Install the restrictor tube (25) back to the spindle (26) with 1/4" x 5/8" bolt (3) and auger lock (24).
4. Test the feed flow through the unloader assembly (23). (See Figure 3P.)
5. If the desired feed flow rate is not attained, repeat the Step 1-3 until the desired rate is reached.
