16 PNEG-2339 Flex-Flo Unloader Kit
4. Position the rain cover (28) over the slide gate (14) opening side and align with the first set of holes
on the transfer plate assembly (22). (See Figure 3M.)
5. Install the transfer plate assembly (22) and the unloader (31) along with the rain cover (28) to the
boot (27) using 5/16" x 1-1/2" flange bolts (2) and 5/16" nylock nuts (9). (See Figure 3M.)
NOTE: Make sure to place one gasket (20) above and another gasket (20) below the transfer plate
assembly (22). (See Figure 3M.)
NOTE: After installing, make sure the slide gate (14) is in operating position. Pass the free end of the
chain through the rain cover (28) and secure it to the slide gate (14) with a cotter pin.

NOTE: If the barn is closer to the unloader, make
sure to clamp a 1' straight pipe to the unloader outlet
and then followed by the elbow. This is recommended
assembly for all sizes.
