Sickle Timing Procedure

1.

If the sickle drive requires timing, position the left and right sickle to the full out position.

2.

Remove the driveline from one of the drive shafts of the header.

3.

Remove the setscrew #1 that holds the letter wheel (#2) to the drive shaft.

4.

Remove the letter wheel and rotate so the same letter appears in both of the windows in
the left and right driveline bells.

5.

Re-install the letter wheel and secure with set screw.
