6. LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY (LWP):
a. AGB’s (manufacturer of Guardian Tanks) LWP on its DT1 tanks (leaks and paint) is one (1) year from
purchase, if the tank is used reasonably and that all points below are respected (including User Notice).
The accessories have the original manufacturer warranty.
b. In the event of tank manufacturing defects, the company will assume costs for repairs occurring in our
facility or, at AGB’s discretion, replace said tank. All other fees or monies lost due to the tank defect
and/or the tank replacement are not the responsibility of the company. Freight costs are not covered
by the LWP and are therefore the client’s responsibility;
c. Any modifications made to the tank, any use considered as abusive or negligent voids its LWP;
d. When being transported with product inside, the tank must be secured to the vehicle using all anchor
points and bolt holes provided by manufacturer for LWP to be honored;
