Remove the wheelchair lift from the pallets

What you need: A wrench or socket. An able-bodied adult or two.

Remove the plastic wrapping. Remove all the boxes and components from
inside the Platform. Slide the Platform off of the Base and off of the pallet.
Unbolt the Base from the pallet. Remove the Base from the pallet and
discard the pallet.
