Installation of the proximity switch in the module slot
On top of the case of CS modules, a C-groove for the proximity switch is available.
With the proximity switch, the end positions can be queried.
Assembly of the proximity switch
1. Insert the sensor element in the C-slot, cable outlet to the rear (Recommendation
for Mass S:
20 mm CS6/20 , 40 mm CS6/40 ) and fix it, see picture.
2. Connect proximity switch on control
3. Set for the first position of the slide end position
4. Press the Teach button for 3 seconds, LED flashes one
5. Release teach button; first end position is stored
6. Two LED flashes (second final)
7. Carriage position for the second final set (two LED)
8. Teach button briefly, second end position is stored
Control first and second end position
Move to slide into the first end position, one LED lights up. It does not light, check the
conditions of use and new teach.
Move slide into position for second end position; LED turns one and two LED. LED
lights. Goes out not one or two LED lights do not check conditions of use and new
teach.
