In the case of any issues with the software:
check if the correct prosthetic device is selected
check if the hand is turned ON
check if the battery is charged
If the software cannot find the device because of a connection problem, the
message below should appear on the screen. If this message appears, check if
the hand is turned on and try to connect to the prosthesis once again.
If the connection with the hand is lost this special error message will be shown
on the screen. If this message appears check that the hand has not lost power;
if so, turn the hand back on (you may need to charge it) and connect the device
to the application once again.
When there is a problem with the connection this special error message will be
shown on the screen. If this message appears it means that there is a problem
with the communication between the Zeus hand and the application. Restart the
Bluetooth module in your computer and also restart the power of the Zeus
hand. After that try connecting the prosthesis to the application once again.
