3.5.1. Power Configuration for the -AIO Option [Archive]
N O T E :
This option is no longer available for purchase. This section is for legacy users.
The default wiring for the analog I/O board is the non-isolated configuration. In this configuration, the board
draws its power from an internal power supply. J80 pins 5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21 are internally
connected to the internal power supply.
Alternatively, the board can be wired to use the isolated configuration. In this configuration, an external
power supply provides power to the board through J80 pins 5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21.
shows the power requirements for the external power supply. This wiring configuration is a factory option and
should be specified at the time of the purchase.
