COMBAT-C REASSEMBLY AFTER SHIPPING PROCEDURE
1. With the glider in the bag (4 meters long) lay the glider on the ground.
2. Unzip the glider bag. Undo the Velcro straps. Remove the battens, the speedbar, the tail, the rear leading edge
tubes, the main sprogs and the winglets from the glider bag. Keep the packing material for breakdown the glider for
shipping.

3. Unfold the sail along the leading edge to its full
length. Attach the rear leading edge tubes to the front
leading edge tubes according to the marking (L-left, R-
right, marks must be on top).
Working on one wing at a time and working with the
appropriate leading edge # 3, fold the outer sprog,
which is attached to the rear leading edge, forward.
Slide the inboard end of the leading edge tube # 3 into
the sail.
Align the rear leading edge properly so that the sprog
bracket is on the inside of the leading edge, and slide
the rear leading edge forward carefully until the rear
leading edge engage completely on the front leading
edge, allowing the sprog end to come outside the sail at
the access zipper (Fig.1).

Install two rearmost fixing screws (Fig 2). Using a
hexagon wrench tighten the screws with two fingers,
just applying firm finger pressure
(very gently). Make
sure do not over tighten the screws, otherwise the
corresponding nut glued into the foam filler inside the
tube may twist and get loose in its attachment. (Fig. 2,
shown with the main sprog attached). Close the LE /
cross bar junction Mylar cover (Fig. 3, shown with the
main sprog attached).
WARNING
Check the screws for tightness before every flight.

4. Attach the main sprog and the main sprog wire (Fig. 4). Note, that the sprogs are marked as left and right.
