STEP 3
TIPS: Firstly, attach one end of the Cable ASSY (#18) to the Front Frame ASSY (#2).
Before attach the 4.5" Pulley to the frame, you should lead the other end of the Cable
ASSY (#18) across it.
1. Attach one 4.5" Pulley (Spacer) (#25), one 4.5" Pulley (#26) and one Pulley Cover
(#23), two Half Pulley Cover (#24) to the Front Frame ASSY (#2) using:
one M10*50 SHCS (#43) one M10*20 SHCS (#45)
one Pulley Spacer 1 (#36) one Φ11*Φ25*2 Flat Washer (#50)
one M10 Nylon Lock Nut (#54)
2. Attach one 4.5" Pulley(Spacer) (#25) to the Support Frame ASSY (#5) using:
one M10*50 SHCS (#43) two Half Pulley Cover (#24)
one M10 Nylon Lock Nut (#54)
3. Attach three 4.5" Pulley (Spacer) (#25) and two Pulley Cover (#23) to the Weight Stack
Frame ASSY (#1) using:
two M10*50 HHB (#41)
one M10*50 SHCS (#43)
four Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washer (#52) three M10 Nylon Lock Nut (#54)
Note: Wrench Tighten Bolts and Nylon Lock Nuts.
