Position base plate and roof hook
Loosen the bolt
between the base plate and
the roof hook.
Position the base plate:
Position the roof hook
in the valley of the
roof tile.
Base plate
requires at least a 6 cm support
width on the rafter.
Installing Roof Hooks
Refer to the Aerotool planning documents for
the exact number of wood screws per roof
hook.
Fasten the roof hook to the rafters with the
wood screws (Torx 30).
Align roof hook
Loosen Allen screw
.
Position the roof hook horizontally in the valley of the roof tile.
Position the roof hook vertically:
Distance A: min. 2 mm
Distance B: min. 5 mm
Tighten the Allen screw
to 15 Nm or 11 ft-lb.
