9. MAINTENANCE
10. IMPROPER USE
9.1.
PERIODICAL CLEANING OF
THE AIR FILTER
Periodically clean the air filter (at least
once a month when used). Remove the
front panel and slide the filter out.
The filter is cleaned by sucking the ex-
ternal surface using a suction device.
DO NOT WASH THE FILTER!
9.2.
PUTTING OUT OF SERVICE
When the unit must be replaced, some
recommendations must be followed:
• The refrigerant must be recovered
by specialised staff and sent to col-
lection centres;
• the compressor lubricant oil must
also be collected and sent to collec-
tion centres;
• the unusable parts of the structure
and the various components must
be demolished and divided accor-
ding to their nature; particularly the
copper and the aluminium present
in a discrete quantity in the machi-
ne.
These operations ease the recovery
and recycling of the substances, thus
reducing environmental impact.
9.3. TROUBLESHOOTING
WARNING: Regarding solutions, pay ex-
treme attention in the operations to be
carried out: excessive safety can cau-
se accidents, even serious, to unskilled
persons. It is therefore recommended
that once the cause has been identified
to request our intervention or that of
qualified technicians.
