3.5.3. SETTING OF THE SENSORS DX S-PRE AND DX S-CO2
5 indexation positions are allowed for every sensor (presence or CO
2
): position 1 to position 5
included.
Important: Before to start the heat recovery unit, every sensor must have a specific
identification number (1 to 5) so that the system can identify them. This identification
number has to be different from a sensor to another one.
Example:
·
Presence sensor bedroom A = 1 / because DX Hub outlet n°1 is connected to bedroom A.
·
Presence sensor bedroom B = 2 / because DX Hub outlet n°2 is connected to bedroom B.
·
Presence sensor bedroom C = 3 / because DX Hub outlet n°3 is connected to bedroom C.
·
CO
2
sensor in living room = 4 / because DX Hub outlet n°4 is connected to living room.
Note 1:
The sensors are delivered in position 0. They must be manipulated with extreme care.
Note 2:
For the DX Hub 5, outlet 5 is driven by the sensor n°5.
For the DX Hub 6, outlets 5 and 6 are driven by the sensor n°5.

Sensors must be installed on the wall, at a height of at least 1.5 from the floor, or at the
ceiling, and must respect the following recommendations:
·keep the sensor away from any direct solar radiation,
·keep the sensor away from draughts (door, window, supply, etc.),
·avoid placing the sensor in dead zones (behind curtains, furniture, etc.),
·keep the sensor away from heat sources and from occupants.
If the sensor is located at the ceiling, keep it away from any supply unit.
The sensors can be fixed with two screws.
