TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Proposed solution (the steps must be performed in the order indicated)
The system fails to start.
(Nothing starts, neither the fans
nor the interface).
Check that the system is correctly connected to the power supply.
Check that the communication cables are correctly connected: Interface, Exhaust compensation valve.
Check that the lengths of wiring do not exceed the maximum lengths specified in the installation manual of the DXA or DXR.
Check that the external fuse of the DXA or DXR Unit has not blown.
A sensor fails to respond.
Check that the sensor is correctly connected.
Check that no other sensor has the same index.
Check that the length of the cable does not exceed the recommendations in the installation manual of the DXA or DXR.
Reset the system and follow the initialization procedure on screen, with the help of the manual.
Attention: install new filters.
The interface displays "SD card error".
Power the heat recovery unit down from the electrical panel and back up after 20 seconds.
The interface fails to react.
Power the heat recovery unit down from the electrical panel and back up after 20 seconds.
Filter alarm.
Replace the filters.
If there is a filter alarm after new filters are installed, check that the ducts are not obstructed.
Condensation pump alarm.
Check the installation of the condensation pump. Refer to the manual of the condensation pump.
Check the power supply to the condensation pump.
Check that nothing blocks the evacuation of condensation from the pipes.
If there is no pump, reset the system with the reset button and initialize the heat recovery unit, specifying that there is no
pump.
The system is noisy when ventilating.
Check the clogging rate of the filter.
Check the quality of the air network: leaks, losses of head, etc. (refer to the design and installation guide of the DX System).
Lower the setting of the additional flow rate of the exhaust units.
Too low supply airflow
Check the quality of the air network: leaks, losses of head, etc. (refer to the design and installation guide of the DX System).
The supply air is too cold.
Check the bypass settings. As standard set minimum temperature = 15°C, setpoint temperature = 20°C.
