The on-screen menu enables comfortable access to any sections of a
medium. To do this, proceed as follows:
1. Press the SEARCH -button (Fig. 2/18). The media specifi c menu is
displayed

2. The menu shows an insertion mark (Fig. 17/1). Use the Cursor
Buttons (Fig. 2/14) to move it to the desired subject (e.g. „Chap-
ter“).
3. Now move to the point from which the replay should start. Depen-
ding on the type of medium this may be a track number, a chapter
or even a point in time. The input must be made with the
Numeri-
cal Buttons (Fig. 2/17).
4. Press the PLAY -button (Fig. 2/27) to start the replay from this point.

2. Press the REPEAT -button (Fig. 2/2).
3. Press the REPEAT -button again, until the message “REPEAT:
[CHAPTER]”, “REPEAT: [TITLE]” or “REPEAT: [ALL]” is displayed.

2. Press the REPEAT -button (Fig. 2/2). The message „REPEAT:
[OFF]“ appears on the screen.
3. Press the REPEAT -button again to have the current track repea-
ted. You will see the message „REPEAT: [1 REPEAT]“ on the
screen.
NOTE:
In the case of MP3 CDs it is also possible to repeat a directory. The
screen will then show the message „REPEAT: [REPEAT DIR].
Keep pressing the REPEAT -button (Fig. 2/2), until the message
„REPEAT: [ALL]“ is displayed on screen.
Keep pressing the REPEAT -button (Fig. 2/2), until the message „RE-
PEAT: [OFF]“ is displayed on screen.
Normally each DVD has its own menu. Here you can choose chapters,
make settings, etc. This menu is specifi c for the DVD and can thus not
be explained in detail.
Press the MENU -button (Fig. 2/12) to access the DVD-menu. Use the
Cursor Buttons (Fig. 2/14) to navigate in the Menu. Press the PLAY -
button (Fig. 2/27) to confi rm.
If you are in a menu area for direct chapter selection, you can enter
the number of this chapter with the
Numerical Buttons (Fig. 2/17) on
the remote control.
