Turnspit
Fixing a roast to the spit
1. Attach the fork to the spit.
2. Push it through the roast and at-
tach the other fork.
3
Get the roast into the centre
of the spit.
3. Screw the fork in firmly.
Inserting the turnspit
1. Insert the grease tray at shelf position 1.
2. Attach the turnspit support at the
front right of the 3rd shelf position
from the bottom.
3. Attach the handle and press the
clamp downwards.

The clamp must be kept pressed to fix the handle securely to the
turnspit.
