In order to preset timer to record a FM program, you have to select a time slot then set time
frame which you want to record FM program. Double click the time slot, the window below
will appear. Select the FM channel and Video Source; make sure check “Enable Record”.
Otherwise, capture card won’t record program.

When you cannot view program due to problems other than those outlined below, please
consult with us.
[Symptoms]
Remote control doesn’t work
Problems:

Batteries in the remote control need to be replaced/positive and negative poles are
reversed.
z
Remote Control unit is not properly directed toward tuner.
z
Tuner
is
temporarily
malfunctioning.
Remedies:
z
Replace depleted batteries with new ones/connect battery plus/minus poles as
instructed.
z
Operate remote control unit in the direction of tuner.
z
Conduct
reset
procedures.
[Symptoms]
Horizontal lines on the screen/Black screen or blue screen
Problems:
z
Tuner is not connected correctly.
z
Wrong Channel is selected on TV Tuner.
