CPU: Apply the thermal grease (P/N: 2170000093-01) and install the CPU
(LGA1200).

Memory (Channel 1): Affix the thermal pad (P/N: 1990031076N000) and reas -
semble memory.

M.2 (2280): Undo 1 screw (P/N: 19350304A0), affix the thermal pad (P/N:
1990037589N000) and reassemble the M.2 SSD.
Note! Thermal pad and memory thermal cover must be completely covered
and secured.
TPC-B610 supports only wide temperature (~85°C or wider) M.2 stor
