Step 4:

In the sub-category of "Mice and other pointing devices"

there is a exclamation mark appearing at the beginning of the line of
touchscreen. Move the cursor to this line "TouchScreen - PS/2 Mouse
[R411.PS2] and press right button of the mouse. Choose "Uninstall".
