6.2.7 Moving Messages Up and Down
The message order can be changed using the
“Move Up” and “Move Down” icon buttons.
To move a message up, select the bottom
(message 2) message and the “Move Up” icon
button will be accessible. Click on the “Move Up”
icon button and message two will move to
message one location and message one will move
to message two location.
Similarly to move a message down, select the top
(message 1) message and the “Move Down” icon
button will be accessible. Click on the “Move
Down” icon button and message two will move to
message two location and message two will move
to message one location.
Note: This method of numbering the messages
is how message prioritization is accomplished.
The first message is message 1 and it will
activate when input message 1 is active, the
second message is message 2 and it will
activate when input message 2 is activated.
Input message 1 activation, has a higher
priority then input message 2.
6.2.8 Playback of a Message
Each message can be played using your PC before being uploaded to the AV-VB or AV-VBM amplifier. In order to
play an audio message the PC must be equipped with at least one audio playback device.
Select the desired audio message then click on the
“Play” icon button. The message will play in full,
including repeated leading and trailing tones. This
allows the user to hear the message as it will
sound when it is played by the AV-VB or AV-VBM
amplifier.
The “Stop” icon button allows the playback
message to be stopped.
