Sunbed Plexi
The sunbed plexi must be replaced whenever the plexi is
cracked or severly scratched.
Two (2) persons are necessary to replace the sunbed plexi.
Lifting the sunbed plexi
 Open the top.
 Disassemble the body cooling fan as described on page 27.

Remove the screws that fix the sunbed plexi.

Tilt the sunbed plexi upwards and hold tight.
 Move the plexi support slightly to the left and then lift.
 When in vertical position, let the plexi support slightly
down until it locks.

Let the sunbed plexi rest on the support, to prevent it from
falling down.
ATTENTION!
Cover the body cooling fan
stack to prevent screws or other
components from falling into the
stack.
 Cover the body cooling fan stack.
Disassembly
 Make sure that the mains disconnection switch cuts off the
unit from the mains supply and is secured with lock and
key against accidential activation.
 Put the clamp at the Emergency Stop Button connection
into position “1-“.
 Pull off the connection from the Emergency Stop Button.

Remove the lock nut from the Emergency Stop Button by
turning it to the left (contrary to clock direction)
 Pull the Emergency Stop Button from above out of the
sunbed.
 Remove the screws which hold the body cooling fan
support.
 Lift the body cooling fan support from the sunbed plexi.

Two persons remove the sunbed plexi from its groove by
pulling it forward.
 Store the sunbed plexi for further disposal.
