DC Power Distribution

All internal DC wiring is factory installed. The Valere Power System/Rectifier receives AC
power from the AC Load Center. The Valere Power System/Rectifier has a common controller
module and slots for three AC/DC rectifier modules:

• Rectifier modules 1 and 3 receive power via a modular plug from AC circuit breaker 2.
• Rectifier module 2 receives power via a modular plug from AC circuit breaker 3.

The three rectifier modules are power sharing and can support cabinet DC loads with one
failed or removed module. The modules can be hot swapped.
The Valere Power System/Rectifier DC output has four circuit breakers plus a terminal strip
(TB1) with eight supply/return terminal sets. Each TB1 terminal set has an associated GMT
fuse holder on an adjacent fuse bank (FB1). The circuit breaker terminals are dual lug type
with a common return bus. TB1 terminals are euro style with a supply and return terminal for
each load.
Total Access 3000 Shelf 1 and Shelf 2, and the Total Access 23-Inch Fan Module Assembly
have redundant power capability with both primary and secondary load share terminals on
the backplanes. The remaining DC loads have primary terminals without redundancy.
