1. In the left menu, click
Services
>
VoIP
>
Trace
. The following page appears.
2. To enable SIP tracing, click the
Turn On SIP trace
button at the top right. The button label changes to
Turn Off SIP trace
.
3. To filter the message list:
a. Click the
Filter messages
button. The Filter SIP Trace dialog box appears.
b. Enter a search string and click
Search
. The message list refreshes to show the entries that match the string.
4. Click the
Apply
button in the
Pending changes...
dialog box to save your settings.

logging of all information, click
TURN ON SIP TRACE
. Enabling this option can result in extremely large
log files. To
disable
this level of logging, click
TURN OFF SIP TRACE
.
Filter Trace
Messages
Enter a filter term and then click
SEARCH
. The
SIP Trace
list refreshes to show only the messages that match the
term you entered.
