Wiring Procedure

1.

Preparing for wiring

a.

Prepare cables required for wiring.

b.

For RS-485

i.

Use shielded twisted pair cables for connecting RS-485 communication
equipment.

1.

Make sure to provide a termination resistor at each end of a line.

2.

Built-in RS-485 port, FX5-485-BD, and FX5-485ADP have a built-in
termination resistor.

Set the termination resistor selector switch accordingly
