Listed below are a few answers to common questions.
1. None of the devices connected to the power outlets are ON.
Check the powerCON power cable (included) is connected to an appropriate power source and the
Power/Reset switch on the POW-R BAR65 is in the ON position, and the power switch on each
device is turned ON.
2. The device connected to the CHARGE port is not charging the USB powered device.
Check the powerCON power cable (included) is connected to an appropriate power source and the
Power/Reset switch on the POW-R BAR65 is in the ON position, and then check the USB charging
cable (not included) from the USB powered device.
3. The devices connected to the DATA/CHARGE Hub are not connected to the computer.
Check the powerCON power cable (included) is connected to an appropriate power source and the
Power/Reset switch on the POW-R BAR65 is in the ON position, then check the connection of the
USB cable (included) between the USB 3.0 Type B port on the POW-R BAR 65 and the USB Type A
port on the computer.
