58 Diagnostics Menu
One of the most valuable features of the VLS is the extensive built-in diagnostics. In
this Appendix we discuss each of the Diagnostic functions available through the front
panel keypad.
To access the Diagnostics Menu, press the MENU button. The display will read as
follows:
Press
DOWN
to access the Diagnostics Menu. Press
ENTER

The following items are available under the Diagnostics Menu:

Event Counters
•
Operation Log
•
F/W Revision
•
Serial Number
•
Position Drive
•
Position Magazine
•
Load Medium
•
Unload Medium
•
Unload Drives
Use UP or DOWN to scroll through the list. Press ENTER to choose a particular
function.
Use the ESC button to return to a previous menu (or to abandon current change).
