Manually Removing a Cassette Loaded in the
Drive

Press
ALT
and then
UNLOAD
. This will place the magazine in the unload
position.
❐
Open the VLS door. Remove the magazine from the carrier.
❐
Press the eject button on the drive (see Figure 12). It may take 30 seconds or more
for the drive to eject the cassette.

Remove the cassette manually.

Replace the magazine onto the carriage.
❐
Close the door. You can now initiate the load procedure.
