Basic recipe for sweet waffles
Ingredients
250 g of flour
125 g of butter or margarine
3 eggs
1 tsp of baking powder
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
100 g of sugar
200 ml of milk
Preparation
1. Using a hand mixer, mix all the
ingredients together except the
butter or margarine to make a batter.
2. Add the softened butter/margarine
next and mix well.
3. Cook the waffles as described in these
instructions.
