Inserting/changing batteries

1. Push the locking tab towards the battery

compartment cover and remove the battery

compartment cover.

2. Insert the batteries as shown on the bottom

of the battery compartment. Observe the

correct polarity (+/-).

3. Slide the battery compartment lid back into

place until stop.

Suggestions for changing the battery:

Battery replacement is necessary if the display

shows either a battery symbol or nothing at all.

Only use the battery type specified in the

“Technical Data”.

Always exchange all of the batteries at the

same time.

Dispose of old batteries in an environmentally

friendly manner, see “Disposal”.
