Note

To verify that the lens is oriented correctly, the arrows on top of the lens must point to the runway side. Arrows

should point toward the runway when the fixture is installed parallel with the runway or when the fixtures are

installed perpendicular to the runway to mark a displaced threshold. When fixtures are located at the end of the

runway, the arrows should point to the imaginary extension of the runway centerline. Always make sure that the

colored lens location is in compliance with the airport project plans and specifications.
