When the Add New Hardware Wizard opens, click 

Next

Automatic search for a better driver (Recommended)

Then, insert the USB2connect for Notebooks CD and click 

Next

When Windows has finished copying the USB 2.0 drivers from 
the USB2connect for Notebooks CD, click 

Finish

.

Restart your computer if prompted to do so.
