We w arrant t hat all products w e manufactur e under this
war ranty ar e of good mater ial and wor kmanship and, when
proper ly inst alled and operat ed, will be free of def ects for a
period of one y ear from t he date of pur chase.
Any pr oduct which, under nor mal use and service, is pr oven
to br each t he war ranty cont ained herein wit hin ONE YEAR
from dat e of sale will, upon examination b y us, and at our sole
option, be r epaired or r eplaced by us. T ranspor tation costs and
charges f or retur ned goods shall be paid for b y the pur chaser .
We her eby disclaim all r esponsibility for suc h transpor tation
costs and charges. This w arranty will no t be breac hed, and we
will give no cr edit for pr oducts which ha ve r eceived nor mal
wear and t ear not af fecting t he functionality of the pr oduct,
been damaged (including by acts of natur e), tam pered,
abused, impr operly inst alled, or repair ed or alter ed by o thers
than our aut horized r epresent atives.
Remedy f or breac h of this w arranty is limit ed to r epair or
replacement of t he defectiv e item(s). If w e deter mine that r epair
or replacement is not feasible, we may, at our option, refund
the amount of the original purchase price.

We further disclaim liability from personal injury relating to
our products to the extent permitted by law. By acceptance of
any of our products, the purchaser assumes all liability for the
consequences ar ising from t heir use or misuse. No person, firm
or corpor ation is author ized to bind us t o any o ther obligation
or liability in connection with t he sale of our products.
Fur ther more, no person, firm or cor poration is aut horized
to modify or w aive t he ter ms of this w arranty unless done in
writing and signed b y a duly aut horized agent of ours.
In no case shall our liability for an y claim relating t o our
products, y our purchase or y our use ther eof, exceed t he
original pur chase pr ice paid for t he product.
Applicability of Policy
This Retur n, Refund, and W arranty P olicy applies only t o
purchases made in t he Unit ed Stat es and Canada. For
purchases made in a countr y other t han the U nited S tat es or
Canada, please consult the policies applicable t o the countr y in
which y ou made your pur chase.
Additionally, this Policy applies only to the original purchaser
of our products. We cannot and do not offer any return,
refund, or w arranty ser vices if you buy pr oducts used or from
resale sit es such as eBa y or Craigslist.
Gover ning Law
This Retur n, Refund, and W arranty P olicy is gover ned by t he
laws of t he Unit ed Stat es and the S tat e of Wisconsin. An y
dispute r elating to t his Policy shall be br ought exclusiv ely in t he
feder al or Stat e courts ha ving jurisdiction in W alwor th County ,
Wisconsin; and pur chaser consents t o jurisdiction wit hin the
Stat e of Wisconsin.
