Press the engine switch to ON. Turn the steering
wheel 90° counterclockwise. Using a plastic trim
tool, release the upper column cover.

3.
Turn the steering wheel 180° clockwise. Using a
plastic trim tool, release the upper column cover.

4.
Pull the upper column cover upward, and secure it to
the dashboard with tape.
