Updating Exchange
Software

1.

Prior to updating the Exchange software, you will need to

log off each Exchange user account (user01-04). Go to the

Windows

Start

menu and click

Log Off

. Use the

Switch

User

button to navigate to each user and log them off

individually.

Note: Logging off the user account will cancel any

currently active call. Ensure that no calls are active prior

to logging them off.
