shows up in

your system tray (lower left corner of Windows XP) after

you log into Skype. Double click on the icon to open the

Exchange Administration Console

. You can check the

user account status in the

Status

tab.

If you see a:

Green light

:

the connection is working properly and the

phone status is on-hook.

Red Light

:

the connection is not available or is not

working properly.

Blue light

:

the connection is working properly and the

phone status is off-hook or busy.
