Type the appropriate
WEP
key in the text box.

Select an authentication type from the “Authentication” list box (
Open
System , Shared Key , or Auto Switch ).
4. In the “Key Format” section, select the key’s character type ( 64-bit , 128-bit , or
256-bit
).
5. Select the key to use by clicking in the appropriate circle ( 1 , 2 , 3 , or 4 ). This
encryption key matches the key used in the device being connected to, such as
an access point or wireless gateway/router.
6. Click OK .
802.1x Configuration
If
WEP
or
WPA
is selected in the Privacy Mode list box, and
802.1
x is selected in
the Authentication Mode list box, the “
802.1x
Configuration” window appears.
Protocol - Select an authentication protocol from this section.
Password - if “
EAP
-
TLS
” was not selected in the Protocol section, the “Password”
section is active. Enter a login name and password in the appropriate text boxes, or
request that the driver prompt for them when connecting to a wireless network.
