How to Use the Treadmill

How to Unfold and Move the Treadmill

Step 1

To unfold the treadmill press the locking device located at the centre of the air spring bar with your right foot and
slowly lower the running deck to the floor.

Step 2

When the treadmill is in the upright position hold the rear roller and then push or pull the treadmill to your target
location.

NOTE: Before you move the treadmill, make sure the air spring bar is locked in position by the locking device to

avoid the possibility of damage or injury.
