Problem

Remedy
No audio from monitor
No audio from monitor
Check settings in the OmniVR® program. Make sure that the sound is not muted.
Use the monitor remote (or buttons on the monitor) to turn the volume up and to
unmute the monitor.
Audio source not set to HDMI
Using the monitor controls on the back of the monitor, press the input button. Then
select the audio source and ensure the source is set to HDMI. If not, use the up and
down arrows to select the HDMI option, and press the plus (+) sign to save settings.
Monitor speakers turned OFF
Find the external speaker switch on the left rear side of the monitor. Turn on the
speakers and test audio.
Factory reset of monitor
Unplug the power cord from the back of the monitor, press the power button 25
times, and then hold the power button in the on position while simultaneously
plugging in power cord.
The unit will not power-on
Damaged power cord
Examine the power cord, and if it appears damaged or frayed, discontinue its use and
contact our Customer Support department for a replacement.
Frayed or damaged power cord
Only connect the OmniVR® to a properly grounded power outlet using a hospital-grade cord.
