Problem Solution
Aux in function failure • You must first connect a a 3.5mm audio input cable (as
supplied) to the AUX in socket on the back of the Bluetooth
speaker, AUX in is then selected automatically.
• You will not be able to select AUX in mode using the
button on the Bluetooth speaker or by pressing ‘AUX’ on the
remote control if a 3.5mm audio cable is not connected.
Radio reception is poor: • Fully extend the wire aerial to get the best reception and
sound quality.
• Rescan for radio stations, see page 12.
• Try moving your Bluetooth speaker to another location to
see if reception improves.
• Check that you do not have other electrical equipment too
close to your Bluetooth speaker, causing interference.
