This determines the manner in which the monitor is blanked.

By default, this is “Disabled”, meaning that no matter the
mode of the rest of the system, the hard drive will remain
ready. Otherwise, you have a range of choices from 1 to 15
minutes or Suspend. This means that you can select to have
your hard disk drive be turned off after a selected number of
minutes or when the rest or the system goes into a suspend
mode.
The Choices: Disabled(default), 1Min , 2Min, 3Min ,4 Min,
5Min,6Min, 7Min, 8Min, 9Min, 10Min, 11Min,
12Min, 13Min, 14Min 15Min.
The Suspend Mode fields set the Period of time after each of
these modes activates. At Max Saving, these modes activate
sequentially (in the given order) after one minute; at Min
Saving after one hour.
The Choices: Disabled(default),1Min, 2Min, 4Min, 6Min,
8Min, 10Min, 20Min, 30Min, 40Min, 1Hour.
This field determines when to activate the video off feature
for monitor power management.
The Choices: Suspend->off(default), Always on.
This selection will cause the sys-
tem to turn off the vertical and
horizontal synchronization ports
and write blanks to the video
buffer.
Initial display power management
signaling.
This option only writes blanks to
the video buffer.
This determines the IRQ, which can be applied in Modem
use.
