Returning to the Service Provider

Should it be necessary to ship eBox, use the original packing as described below.
Switch off the eBox, i.e., pull the power supply adapter out of the outlet, disconnect all cables from the
eBox, and then pack the device in its original carton (see Section
2.1 Unpacking and Initial Inspection
).
