Commissioning and operation
7.2 Initial commissioning
This chapter holds information on prerequisites for commissioning of the separator
plant and handover to the user.
7.2.1 Prerequisites, presence
Prerequisites for the initial commissioning:

All sanitary and electric installations (only Securat alarm device) were finished
( chapter 6.2.6).
■
Separator plant was thoroughly cleaned (from possible building waste)
■
Take coalescence insert (with Coalisator) and float out of separator plant
■
If available, open slide in front of sampling pipe
Persons required during initial commissioning
■
Plumber
■
Owner or user
7.2.2 Realization
In the following, comissioning is described.
➔
Fill plant with water via inlet side until water flows out of outlet line (sampling pipe)
into sewers or until water level does no longer rise in separator plant.
➔
Insert float in separator plant. Place coalescence insert (only with Coalisator) over
float cage, until it seats firmly.
➔
Close maintenance opening.
Separator plant is ready for operation.

0150.33.93.
7.2.3 Handover of separator plant to user
Handover should be carried out as follows:
1. Explain operating mode of separator plant to user.
2. Hand over the separator plant fully functioning to user.
3. Hand out handover protocol with essential data of initial commissioning.
