my video files?

How do I check
the OS version
of my device?
Tap Start > Settings > System tab
> SysInfo to check the OS version
and other hardware and soft-
ware information.
How do I restore
the system back
to its default
factory settings?
Perform a cold bootcold boot.

What should I
do if the system
stops function-
ing normally or
crashes?
