4 Configuring the system

Transfer the two tool-less locking rails (on either side of the old
drive) to the new drive module.

Insert the new CD-ROM drive into the drive bay until it locks into
place with an audible “click.”

Connect the power and IDE cables to the new drive.

Observe the post-installation instructions described on page 41.
