the Battery Pack

Installing the Battery Pack

Follow these steps to install the battery:

Caution: Turn off the notebook or enter
suspend mode before installing a battery pack.

1. Remove the battery compartment cover.

2. Insert the battery pack (connector side up)

into the compartment, and push the battery
completely into the compartment until you
feel the contacts engage.

3. Replace the cover.

4. Reconnect the AC adapter (if necessary).
