Removing the
Primary Battery

Use the following procedure to remove a battery
from the notebook:

1. Turn off the computer. Disconnect the AC

adapter.

2. Turn the computer over and locate the

battery release switch

3. Slide the switch outward with one hand and

remove the battery with the other hand.
