Using the Diagnostic Utility

Installing the Diagnostic Utility.

Load the file “20090918DiagForC1 Ver 1.00.24.cab” onto a
micro-SD card.

Insert the micro-SD card into the Smartphone.

On the smartphone, click Start > File Explorer.

Select Storage Card from the Show menu.

Double-click the file “20090918DiagForC1 Ver
1.00.24.cab” to run it.

Select to install on the device.
