The first column is the sampling time which should be same as the
computer time. The second column lists the temperature. Each time
“Stop” is pressed, the data saving will be halted, and “end recording”
will be added to the file. If users want to continue data saving, users
can click on “REC”, and the new data will be added to the last line of
the previous data. The above example illustrates that the data were
stored two times: the first time with a sampling period of 1 second, and
the second time with a sampling period of 4 seconds.
