5.2.4
Follow the “Connect a 25 Ohm Standard Resistor and Press
Enter” instruction to connect a 25Ω to the sensor terminals. A
standard resistor of 25Ω must have a value close to 25Ω;
otherwise the calibration will not be accurate.
5.2.5
Press the
key to start the 25Ω calibration. The instrument
should display “Waiting…” for a few seconds and then show:
25.9977
Rt =25.0000 OHM
Menu= Exit Enter = Yes
25R Rs = OHM
* 25 Ohm CALIBRATION
The value on the third line is the parameter to be adjusted and
this value must match the standard resistance of the 25Ω
resistor. For example, the above figure shows the current value
of 25.9977, but the standard resistor’s value is 24.9977. This
value can be adjusted by using the
or
keys to move the
“_” to the position where the value will be tuned, and using the
or
keys to adjust the value. After the adjustment, the
instrument should display:
24.9977
Rt =24.9977 OHM
Menu= Exit Enter = Yes
25R Rs = OHM
* 25 Ohm CALIBRATION
